60 years
Three generations of the Paisner family
Bob & Danny (2nd Generation), Mat, Alex, & Ian (3rd Generation), Marshall & Elaine (Our founders – retired).
Our story
Our founder Marshall Paisner, while working in California, discovered some of the first modern car washes in the country. He, along with two partners, opened their first full service car wash on the corner of Bridge and Pleasant St in Watertown MA. The slow hand washing process that was prevalent for the times was transformed into a modern conveyor process that could produce a clean car both inside and out in as little as 15 minutes.
Over the years, we have expanded to many locations and developed cutting-edge technology to provide a Clean, Fast, and Fun experience for you and your vehicle. ScrubaDub employs over 300 associates who work hard to serve you. Have a question or need special attention? Just ask. While visiting, grab a complimentary drop cloth, litter bag, and pretzels. Visit our “Satisfaction Cart” at the exit of our washes to use the free towels, window cleaner, and vacuums. (*Vacuums are free for Unlimited Members!)
In 2026, we’re celebrating 60 years of clean, shiny cars with the third generation of the Paisner family working alongside us.
